Twitter is becoming a great place to search for a job on the internet. If you have yet to utilize social media for your job searching needs, especially Twitter, it’s about time that you did. I have compiled a list of my 10 favorite Twitter accounts to follow to help you find freelance work.

I was asked to relaunch the web presence of Daily Planet Ltd with a new website. The previous website was a flash site which made it hard for Daily Planet ltd to update it at the pace that was needed. Daily Planet Ltd needed a site that was clean, user friendly and that would be easy for anyone on staff to update. The new website makes it easy to share the videos and allows the user to view all the videos on facebook if they choose.

It has been a busy year already and I wanted to share some of the things I had the pleasure to work on. There are two new websites that have wrapped up, one for Wash-House Music and the other for Gary W. Rosenbaum. As for the animation front there is some great stuff in the works. But the most recent project that finished up was an animated short for Daily Planet featuring The Bean. The Bean video was a team effort all around, check it out in the motion section.

I just finished up two new title animations at Daily Planet for a couple Discovery shows. Check them out in the motion section.

Thought I would share some of my favorite albums of 2007. There was some great hip hop and folk music that came out this year, especially in the last few months. Hope you also enjoyed some of these albums and if you haven’t give them a listen. Jay-Z – American Gangster, Lupe Fiasco – The Cool, Kanye West – Graduation, Atmosphere – Sad Clown Bad Summer Number 9, Devendra Banhart – Smokey Rolls Down Thunder Canyon, Justice – Justice (You can beat that music video either. D.A.N.C.E.), Mika – Life In Cartoon Motion (Also an amazing music video. Lollipop: 16:9 Bunny Action), Datarock – Datarock Datarock, Feist – The Reminder and finally Electric Six – I Shall Exterminate Everything Around Me That Restricts Me From Being The Master.

Also have a few honorable mentions that I didn’t love but I did enjoy and it was great to see a new album from them. NOFX – They’ve Actually Gotten Worse Live!, The Ark – Prayer For The Weekend, K-OS – Collected and KRS-One & Marley Marl – Hip-Hop Lives.
